Forsyth Glazing was established in 1969 by Hugh Forsyth Molinari as a small one man glazing business in the East End of Glasgow, where we still maintain a presence today. Back in those early days our main course of work was purely supplying and replacing glass in broken windows. However, with our one shop being in close proximity to the famous Glasgow Barras market we quickly became known as the 'wee red shop' that was open 7 days a week, that could supply you quickly and cheaply with glass or mirrors.

That wee red shop has now grown to various branches throughout Glasgow and the surrounding area and employs in excess of 50 people. The core of our business is still based on giving customers a fair price and a quick service. Many of our customers today are the same customers who were there at the start. Now thats loyalty!

Our business like all successful businesses has had to move with the time. Our product range today is very diverse, from aluminium shopfronts to internal doors, we have a fully equipped Picture Framing department making many of our decorative framed mirrors, as well as our specialist Art Department providing many new and exciting designs. For the home we provide custom made Mirror Wardrobes in a variety of different frame finishes. We don't stop there, our new factory unit houses some of the most sophisticated state of the art glass processing machines, with a fully trained staff to operate them.
